- Cleaning fee: R 450 only valid for your exit clean. Daily cleaning can be requested, but will be at an extra cost. The apartment will get a free clean and linen change for guests that book more than 7 days.
- No smoking will be allowed inside or on the patio.
- No parties or noise will be tolerated inside the apartment or on the common areas around the complex.
