An additional charge applies for check-ins after 18:00 PM, with a further charge for check-ins after 22:00 PM, payable upon arrival.
No loud noise is allowed after 21:00 PM, and complete silence is required after 23:00 PM.
Smoking is strictly prohibited, and violations may result in a fine.
Guests may be required to provide copies of identification or passport documents for registration with the building manager.
A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed at any time, and only registered guests may stay overnight.
A document outlining the house rules must be signed upon check-in.
For monthly rentals (30+ nights), electricity usage is limited per month based on the unit size.
