Ons het nie juis baie tyd daar gespandeer nie, maar die ligging van die plek is perfek.

So naby die winkels en stadion. Ek sou net dink dat mens daar sou kry waaraan jy gewoond is by jou huis soos 'n kopstuk by die bed. Die koffie, tee en suikerhouers het my heeltemal afgesit en dan ook die feit dat daar nie 'n mop was wat gebruik kon word nie het my nie aangestaan nie. But all in all was die plek nice.

We didn't really spend much time there, but the location of the place is perfect.

So close to the shops and stadium. I would just think that one would find what you are used to at home like a headboard by the bed. The coffee, tea and sugar containers put me off completely and then also the fact that there was no mop that could be used did not appeal to me. But all in all the place was nice.

On business

Suitably located self-catering flat near industrial areas of PE, safe and quiet environment. Beautiful view of the bay and stadium from the roof.

It needs to be said that the rental agent was super helpful and she has assisted with all inquiries I had. The bedroom/bed was comfortable, had good closet space, with a hair blowdryer, one portable mirror was available. Ample plugs next to the bed and at the dressing table with chairs. Good aeration from the bedroom to the bathroom and kitchen areas. However, PE can be very windy, so the blinds in the bedroom became quite noisy, opening them up led to too much light inside, closing them made the room stale. OpenView TV was available. WiFi was via small LTE devices shared by many other tenants in this block of flats, extremely low speed, cannot be used to stream any online services, almost useless. Not suitable for business travelers, bring your own LTE. Parking was designated, I got a lock-up garage that was barely large enough for a motorcycle. The parking of other tenants also made getting in and out of the garage difficult. The tenants behaved very well, no unruly behavior was noted. There were a few teabags, some coffee, creamer, and sugar available, but unfortunately no fresh milk., so bring your own milk. The flatlet had a modern shower that unfortunately flooded the area, but they supplied extra towels for that. All crockery and cutlery were clean and new, suitable for 2 people to use. The kettle, microwave, braai pan, and toaster were operational, there was detergent supplied for dishwashing. There was no toilet disinfectant or hand soap in the bathroom, bring your own hand soap. If you adore stairs, this is the place for you! Stairs to get to the front door on the upper story, stairs to the bedroom, stairs to the bathroom, stairs to the kitchen, stairs to the sink, and some more stairs to the roof area! There is only a small cafe around the corner, the nearest small shopping mall is about 2 km odd from here. Mr Delivery worked fine, just remember not to confuse the name of the block of flats with the street name. The price should have been much lower.

9 Maydon 's response

It was a pleasure to meet you and we thank you for your positive comments.

We would like to comment on your concerns from our point of view - your initial enquiry asked about the light/darkness in the apartment. We did reply saying that there were no curtains and that there were blinds in the bedroom and kitchen area, we also mentioned that it would be best to refer back to the photo's as it may not be suitable for you.
With regards to the garage, we have never had a complaint about the size, but we will address that the tenant that parks in the bay make it easier for our guests. The unit is self-catering and we have never had a complaint about the powdered milk and quantity of the teabags. Had we have known about this, we would gladly have made another plan.
With regards to the Wi-Fi, it is only shared for call purposes, most people in the block have their own devices, however, we did bring the router to the bedroom which made a difference as you mentioned in the WhatsApp message.
