Guests are kindly reminded to be considerate of the neighbours. As the property is situated in a cul-de-sac with close proximity to other residences, no noisy parties are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and guests must dispose of their cigarette butts properly. Vaping is also not allowed inside.
Certain pets may be allowed upon request, subject to prior approval.
When leaving the house, please ensure the air conditioner is switched off.
Guests are asked to refrain from loud revving of motor vehicles.
A cleaning service is available for an additional fee per clean. Guests can arrange this directly with the host.
