9 Sea Haven is a spacious self-catering apartment located in the secure Sea Haven complex in Thompson's Bay. It offers breathtaking views across the KZN coastal bush to the magnificent Indian Ocean and above Ballito’s premier beach, Willard.
This apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first, second, and third bedrooms are each comfortably furnished with 2 single beds, while the fourth bedroom has 1 single bed. Three of the bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, and 2 have a TV. Two of the bathrooms are en-suite, with one fitted with both a bath and a shower, while the remaining 2 bathrooms each have just a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The unit features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, kettle, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and a breakfast bar with stools. The air-conditioned lounge and dining area have ample seating for guests to dine and relax. For guests' entertainment, there is a TV. The apartment is fitted with an inverter in the garage, ensuring the lights, and TV, will be available during power outages.
The living area opens onto a covered patio with seamless retractable windows, offering unobstructed views of the bush and ocean. Guests can enjoy the communal pool with braai facilities, a children's play area with a trampoline and jungle gym, and a recreation building with table tennis and a darts board. The apartment includes a large double garage, 1 reserved parking bay, directly in front of the garage and extra visitor parking.
