Our stay was very nice. Everything as advertised.

Ons was baie tevrede met die verblyf. Al was dit tydens 'n moeilike tyd wat ons vir 'n begrafnis hiernatoe gebring het, het ons die verblyf geniet.

Verblyf was baie gerieflik en die uitsig was baie mooi. Kinders het dit baie geniet met al die aktiwiteite asook die swembad.

Enjoyed my stay there and loved it.

Great place with perfect security, enjoyed my stay there and hope the place will be available again the next time I come to KZN. The only issue was the toilet; it was leaking water. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there. The 09:00 check-out time is not fair on principled people who like to clean up after themselves; it makes us wake up early and try to make time to tidy up the apartment before leaving.

Decent stay, good location and safety, slightly lacking customer service.

Overall, the stay was decent. A few key pointers: The biggest issue was the parking; that slope was terrible to be parked on sideways in our small car. We had to struggle each time we got out of our car, and my girlfriend could not get out with heels on. The room was great and cozy, and instructions were clear to get in. During our stay of 4 nights, there was no room service at all. We had a roach in our apartment, but only one was seen; the apartment looked clean, though. Aircon instructions were not found; there were 2 aircons, but we could only get 1 to work. We could not get the iron to work, and we had to look through every drawer to find items to use. Very few complementary items were offered, including 4 cappuccinos, of which 1 was rock hard and had to be thrown away. We had a locked cupboard which seemingly had no key for it. The TV was great, better than other places I've stayed at. Appliances were also better than other places I've stayed at, especially the stove.
