We at family and Friends Guest house would like to thank you for staying at our establishment. You were both great men. I would just like to respond on what you pointed out.

In the 10 years we have been running we have never had a problem with our guests and the parking, we do our best to make sure that the bigger vehicles park straight like your vehicle did. We in the past have even had a 34 seat bus parked in our property with no problems.
Our accommodation was built and planned for families and groups sharing. We have had up to 30 adults sharing for as long as 10 days and even had a disabled group at our establishment who all felt that the rooms were spacious enough. We are a 3-star graded establishment and are proud to say so, the DStv bouquets that are in the rooms have never been a problem, and we always inform our guests that if they feel like they missing something there is always the deck which has a TV with all channels on. As we are also a self-catering facility, those who are self-catering are required to clean up after them self’s as you would in any other self-catering accommodation, however, we do get our staff to clean were we feel is needed including the braai areas.
Thank you for advising us on the light at the braai areas, we will look into that as well as the microwave.
We are unfortunately living in a country where water and electricity restrictions are a must and we cannot do anything about our water pressure in the showers and baths being restricted.

It was fantastic!

We were welcomed very warmly on arrival, had no problems whatsoever, during our stay. The place is kept very neat and tidy, clean. I did recommended it already.
