A Heavenly View comprises of 3 self-catering apartments, namely, A Heavenly View 1, 2, and 3, which are centrally located for all sightseeing.
A Heavenly View 1 comprises of two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, 2 bathrooms, each with a walk in shower, a living room, dining room and fully fitted kitchen and real fireplace in the living room. In the living room of A Heavenly View 1 there are two double sofa beds. A Heavenly View 2 is furnished with a double bed, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with overhead shower. A Heavenly View 3 has a Queen size bed, bathroom with Victorian bathtub and overhead shower and handheld shower. In unit 3 there are cooking facilities such as a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, coffee presser, microwave, mini oven with two hot plates. Naturally each apartment has its own toilet, 2 toilets in A Heavenly View 1.
In Unit 1 the kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, coffee presser and kettle. Each apartment features a smart TV with brand new TV box with latest movies at the cinema, latest TV series, many foreign TV channels , 100’s of sport channels, YouTube and Netflix, and Disney movies. Unit 1 also offers a dining table for 6 guests. Outside unit 1 there is a pool deck with views over the ocean, a garden, and a swimming pool. There is also an outside brick braai provided with views over the ocean available for all the guests. The outside area is part of the enclosed property and ensures security for the front of the house.
Units 2 and 3 are at the back of the property and share a courtyard with a mountain view. There are two tables with 6 chairs in front of both of these apartments in the courtyard. They are both only a short flight of stairs away from the garden and pool area. These apartments offer a central location, walking distance from the beach and a variety of trendy restaurants and bars. A supermarket and liquor stores are in close proximity. Additionally, the area boasts several charming cafés, bars, and bakeries. It's also known as a popular surfing area.
Apartments are serviced every few days which is included in the price.
There is a security guard in a hut right in front of my house from 6 pm - 6 am. During the day there is a security guard for the magistrates’ court which is right in front of the house as well as we are situated next door to the police station. There is also a security camera right in front of my house so very safe.
All you hear at night is the sound of the waves as it is a cul de sac street so little traffic.
There are 2 six seater tables in the garden for the guests to relax and enjoy al fresco meals and 4 lounger beds with cushions and towels provided to relax by the pool area for beach vibe.
