Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
1. Check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out time is strictly at 10:00.
2. The house has 3 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each. Therefore a maximum of 6 people may be accommodated. Unauthorized guests may incur the extra guest fee.
3. Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house. Violation of this rule will incur an additional cleaning fee. You’re welcome to smoke on the veranda.
4. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
5. Please observe quiet times after 22:00 as a courtesy to the neighbours.
6. Pets are welcome - but please note they are not permitted on the beds or furniture. Please clean up after your pets. There is a garden spade available. When returning from the beach with your dogs, please rinse them off with the hosepipe to remove any beach sand before they swim in the pool.
7. Please save electricity and water wherever possible. Please switch off lights and air conditioners when you are out of the property.
8. Please do the dishes before checkout. A dishwasher is available for your convenience. An additional charge may be levied for unwashed dishes.
9. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer. A token amount of washing powder is available, but thereafter please supply your own.
10. You will be provided with a set of keys and remotes to the property. Please take care not to lose them to avoid extra charges.
11. Please do not put any surfboards or other hard objects in the swimming pool. It is a fiberglass pool and will get damaged.
12. No parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette parties. No video productions or photo shoots without prior consent.
13. A cleaning service may be arranged for your convenience at an additional cost. Please advise the owners in advance if you require this service.
