A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking allowed.
Max 4 guests.
No parties are allowed.
No loud music or noise after 22:00.
No person 18 years and under will be admitted without an adult.
No noise between 21:00 pm and 08:00 am.
Fines will be levied directly by the governing body and must be settled within 24 hours.
If the above rules are not observed, eviction from the unit may take place, without any refund.
