Really enjoyed the view and tranquility. The one night stay was very nice. The place was neat and clean with all the facilities needed. Will definitely inquire here again if looking for accommodation in Swellendam.

Excellent, approachable service; lovely stay. This was a return stay for us, and Tom was overly generous (once again) in assisting us to get our trailer off the street, even using his 4x4 to back it up the driveway. We will always recommend Aanhuizen to friends.

It was ok, perhaps the other rooms are in better condition. Room was very clean. Linen (sheets and duvets) was very nice. The pool was fantastic. Just the right temperature and clean. Our room may need some improvements (like some painting and the roof in the bathroom attended to) and wires tidied up and rusty items replaced. My bed was a bit soft, like well used; my mum said her bed was not comfortable. The host was great! Very knowledgeable and great recommendations.

Good. The stay was for 3 colleagues for work; they were happy but would have liked the option of availability of a washing machine and a small stove. The bathroom door was broken and a bit of a privacy issue.
