Amazing wheelchair friendly stay.

My parents had an amazing stay at Sundays Karoo Guesthouse. It was truly wheelchair friendly as advertised. The staff were friendly, the plugs were easily reachable, there were no surprise steps and even the shower was set up in such a way that the bound person could shower. Thank you for making their stay as easy as possible.

Fantastiese ligging en die wonderlikste personeel denkbaar!

Ons het die mees fantastiese diens by Kathleen en haar span gekry - hulle is in 'n liga van hul eie en kry 10 uit 10 vir kliëntediens! Ons kan hulle sonder voorbehoud aanbeveel. Hierdie is nou 'n "moet bly" bestemming as ons weer deur die Karoo reis.

Ongelooflike oulike paartjie wat die plekkie besit. Baie lekker en gemaklik geslaap. Veilige omgewing, netjiese swembad en braai-area.

Stepping back in time without sacrificing modern amenities.

Beautifully restored old home in a great location. Comfortable room with beautiful attention to detail. Cathleen was so helpful and friendly! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Graaff-Reinet and Camdeboo National Park.

Warm and welcoming.

Sundays Karoo has been the perfect stopover spot for myself and my partner on our way to the coast. The house is beautiful, and the warm welcome made us feel right at home. The room and amenities surpassed our expectations, and we loved the farmhouse atmosphere (as well as the resident cat). The guesthouse is situated perfectly in a great part of town, with an array of wonderful restaurants and shops to explore. We would absolutely recommend this stay to others; we really appreciated the thoughtful touches and stellar service.

Gerieflike oornagverblyf in pragtige 1900's gastehuis.

Ons het baie lekker oorgeslaap in die gastehuis in 'n stil gedeelte van Graaff-Reinet, maar tog binne loopafstand van die aanbevole restaurante. Die ouwêreldse gevoel van ons kamer met hoë plafon en pragtige soliede houtmeubels was iets om te waardeer. Gelukkig het die lugversorging ons koel gehou in die ongenaakbare Karoo-somer. Die eienaar is baie gasvry en hulpvaardig met aanbevelings van wat om te geniet in Graaff-Reinet.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely guesthouse! Travelling from Johannesburg with our Labrador, we were delighted by how accommodating the owners were with our dog. They went above and beyond by helping us choose great places to eat and explore. We noticed the braai pack option, which we’ll definitely try next time. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the best restaurants. Highly recommended!

Amazing! Baie goeie waarde vir geld!

Hierdie was 'hands down' nog een van die mooiste en slaapplekke waar ons nog gebly het. Die kamers is ruim, skoon en pragtig gemeubileerd. Die gashere is wonderlik en so gasvry. Ek gaan definitief weer daar slaap.

Ons is beslis weer daar!

Ons het heerlik ontspan by Sundays, ons kon lekker braai en swem en het dit vreeslik geniet!

Easy overnight in a tasteful historical home.

Charming historical house with friendly hosts, comfortable and clean room. Well located in our favourite part of town, a short walk to the best restaurants and shops.

Ons het heerlik gebly. Baie sentraal en veilig.

Vriendelike mense en goeie diens.

Goed geleë naby eetplekke en besienswaardighede. Kamers goed vesier en het 'n huislike gevoel.

An acceptable stay.

The establishment was fine. I just don't like old buildings. Also, the pool was full of sludge on the floor. The manager was kind and courteous and helpful.

Regtig pragtige kamers en badkamers.

Ek was so verras deur die pragtige kamers en ensuite badkamers. Ontbyt was vreeslik lekker in 'n pragtige eetlokaal vol nostalgiese prag. Ek beveel die verblyf aan vir enige persoon.

Altyd lekker.

Rustig met al die geriewe wat jy benodig.

Baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ontbyt was lekker ten spyte van beurtkrag.

Beurtkrag is vir almal ontwrigtend. Kan miskien in klein kragopwekker belê sodat daar water vir die stort en toilette is.

Not quite what we were expecting.

We thought we'd pay a bit more than usual and chose the Moroccan room. Unfortunately we had a very strong odour coming from the basin, we had to put a saucer over it and spray air freshener regularly. The bathroom has an extractor fan that will put any John Deere tractor to shame. Whilst we were welcomed by a very friendly and chatty gentleman, we can't help but feel they should have picked up on these issues before we came. We also should have picked up that there was only a bath and no shower. Bed linnen was clean and crisp and the breakfast was nice.

Elke kamer is so spesiaal ingerig en baie mooi. Baie mooi skoon. Antieke meubels is pragtig! Ontbyt was heerlik. Baie dankie vir die gasvryheid.

Pragtige verblyf in Graaff-Reinet.

Aa'Qtansisi is 'n pragtige gastehuis waarna ek graag sal wil terugkom. Die personeel is gasvry en behulpsaam, die atmosfeer is rustig, hartlik en die dekor baie mooi. Ek is spyt ek kon nie op die stoep sit nie, voor en agter!

Wonderful overnight stay with great hospitality and lovely extra touches. We loved our family unit in Bus stop 1. Breakfast was amazing!

Perfect for an overnight stay - or longer.

We overnighted there on our way to the Eastern Cape. Our room was lovely and the breakfast delicious. It was easy to find, quiet and close to good eating places.
