The rooms have aircon which was nice on the hot night. Room very big.

Overall impression: very good.

We were there for a very short time, but were surprised by the cleanliness and friendliness. As we had to depart early the next morning, our hostess prepared us snacks for the road. She also supplied us with coffee to our taste.

It was marvelous.

The staff is friendly and very welcoming. I will use their service when I’m in Ladysmith. What I would suggest is the early check-in response to the guest to avoid confusion.
