However could you please advise what we can do to improve our customer service since we have provided tea, coffee, complimentary snacks and complimentary flowers that you requested. With regards to the Wi-Fi which was not offered as a complimentary service has since been extended to reach the unit without problems and is available as a complimentary service. With regards to location, Montagu is regarded as a tourist destination with the famous Route 62 running through it. Unfortunately, I am unable to do anything about the location. We are sorry you feel the way you regard value for money. Please note that I was not aware that you wanted to braai as there was a portable braai available had you requested.
