Stressful & unacceptable.

We waited at the gate for 10 minutes to be let in after phoning continuously with no answer. Once we were let in, the person showed us one room for myself & my daughter. When I queried the reservation, she told me that it was booked this way, which was incorrect. She eventually admitted that she had made the decision herself to have us in one room and then ever so "generously" offered to bring in a bed for my daughter. After losing my temper, she arranged a room for my daughter. The bathmat was wet from the previous tenant and there were items in the shower that had not been removed (old razor).
