No smoking is allowed in or near the cottage.
No pets allowed without prior arrangements due to personal pets on site. No unregistered and unpaid guests are allowed.
Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms, please support our local restaurants and wine estates, you will not be disappointed.
Please respect the noise curfew, this is a peaceful area.
Respect our standard check-in time (14:00) and check-out time (10:00).
Please look after the keys and gate remotes, lost keys will incur a replacement charge.
Please take care of the furniture, and do not rearrange it.
Please leave the dishes as you found them and take the rubbish out and put it in the large, black rubbish bin provided on-site by the existing gate.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
Please use the key box at the gate to leave the front door keys when you need to leave early or check out yourself.
