I had the most horrible stay at Air 29, the host welcomed me with the excuse that the room I had booked, was given to someone else. The bed I got was a single bed as I had requested and paid for a double bed. The night before I checked out I received a text from her telling me that she had church in the morning, and I should check out at 9 am which is not what I had initially booked for. As she was at our door at 9 am ready to check us out she then made me pay an extra R750.00 as she said I had an extra guest. But I did bring to her attention that I had booked a 2 sleeper. For the sake of peace, I paid the R750. 00 right there and then as she had called her husband over as a means to enforce that we vacate her premises. I have booked in many different places before and I have never received such dissatisfying service.
