Description
Akrotiri - Santorini Estate is a ground-floor holiday apartment with stunning sea views situated in a secure estate in Ballito. It grants guests direct access to two beaches and the estate can be explored via many pathways and stairways through well-maintained gardens.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds and the second bathroom has a shower.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4 plate hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also a breakfast nook with kitchen stools. There’s a dining table with chairs, where guests can enjoy their meals together.
The living area is furnished with a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV installed with DStv. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The sliding doors open to the private balcony which has outdoor furniture and braai facilities.
Secure parking is available in an automated lock-up garage just a few metres from the apartment. Guests have access to estate facilities that include 6 outdoor swimming pools, an outdoor gym, a children’s play area and a whale viewing deck.
