Description
Beach Holiday Accommodation is situated directly opposite Hout Bay beach. Ideal choice for families seeking a memorable getaway as we have both a communal pool and braai area. Hout Bay offers so much 'things to do' as a tourist. The famous Mariners wharf is literally across the road where you have a large selection sea food restaurants. This active harbour offers exciting boat cruises several times a day to seal island. We have 5 units on offer, three with prefect sea views and the other two units are pool facing.
Apartment A has beautiful sea views from upstairs and is furnished with a KING-size bed and offers an en-suite FULL bathroom. The large fully equipped kitchen opens up onto the lounge area, which in turn leads to your own small private garden. From here there is a gate leads to a communal pool, hot outside shower and braai area.
Apartment B has perfect sea views and comprises a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin and shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped and the open-plan living area is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV as well as a sleeper couch/bloc mattress for an additional guest or 2 children. This unit has a large balcony off the bedroom .
Studio Apartment C also has perfect sea views. This funky apartment has many large windows, giving you a glass atrium feel. that comprises a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The open-plan living area is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV as well as a sleeper couch for 2 additional guests or 2 children. This unit has a balcony with a braai area. Other in-room facilities include Wi-Fi.
Apartment D is our newest addition, this compact 1 bedroom apartment flows beautifully onto the communal swimming pool. Just to your right there is covered communal braai room and a hot outside shower.
Apartment E is a large ground floor studio apartment that leads to your own private garden. Your lounge and kitchen, have large stackable doors that lead straight onto the communal swimming pool. Furthermore, this area leads to a covered braai area and an outside hot shower.
The property has an inverter system providing backup power to the property. Some kitchen appliances, however, may be affected.
The apartments are situated just 40 meters from the beach and a mere 300 meters from the iconic Mariners Wharf. Hout Bay is known for its large variety of excellent restaurants and coffee bars. A nearby Spar convenience store is only 7 minutes away.
