Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R700 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that the air-conditioning is prepaid.
A breakage deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded 2 days after an inspection of the property is done.
No disturbing the peace.
No loud music after 22:00. No portable speakers are allowed on the premises.
Refuse must be removed to the refuse holes at gate 2 by the guests themselves.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
All windows must be closed when guests leave the house, otherwise baboons het in.
Aircons need to be switched off when guests are not in the house.
The house needs to be left in a clean state in the same way it was found when guests check out.
