Almond Cabin @ Camissa Farm is a gorgeous cabin resting on the edge of a lake in the heart of the Banhoek Valley. Perched high in the mountains and up in the clouds, it offers a stunning view of the valley and across the landscaped orchards on the valley floor to the Simonsberg and Drakenzicht mountains.
This cabin can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. There is a double sleeper couch in the lounge. Linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea and coffee-making facilities, and has a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. It features a dining area and lounge furnished with comfy couches and a TV and boasts a cosy fireplace.
This area is perfect for those who enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including bird watching, mountain biking, cycling, and swimming. The peaceful surroundings also provide excellent dining options and numerous wine-tasting opportunities. For an evening out, the award-winning restaurants in Paarl and Stellenbosch are highly recommended. Additionally, nearby activities such as horse riding, fishing, and tennis offer further enjoyment.
