Alpaca Inn

It was beautiful and quiet, but some things didn't work.

The place was beautiful, very neat and big. We were slightly confused about the third room as it seemed to be separate, but no one on the ground could really tell us, so my sister had to sleep on the couch. We were unable to switch on the aircon in our room, and there was almost no hot water for two people in the morning. The lady on the grounds was very sweet, but we did feel like we had to look over our shoulder a bit as she wanted to show us some items made of Alpaca wool - though this isn't a problem in essence, but we did want to have some privacy as we had a very long drive. They were very nice and had us feed the Alpacas and donkeys. We had a nice stay, but there were some things that were included in the price that didn't work, unfortunately.

Quaint and unique - a special place.

We were received very well and felt at ease from the onset of our stay at this quaint and unique setting. The house is adequately furnished with some unique touches. We had a really pleasurable stay - would love to come again.

The cottage is very homely and comfortable with a great location.

Little piece of heaven.

We needed a break from work and to recharge our batteries. We found that! Yanic was a fantastic host. We left feeling recharged and wanting to go back for our next holiday. Sheba was amazing and looked after us as if we were family. The donkey and alpacas were a treat all around. Our furr baby was in 7th heaven.

Cyril en Sheba was wonderlik en het seker gemaak ons het alles vir ons twee aande verblyf. Die alpakkas voer aan die einde van die dag was 'n bonus. Daar is ook 'n swembad wat heerlik sal wees om in die somer te benut. Kamers het albei kaggels. Daar is geen bad soos in die foto's aangedui nie, slegs twee storte in elke kamer. Die linkerkantste kamer se stort vat redelik lank voordat dit warm water het, so die eerste dag in die ander kamer gaan stort want het aangeneem daar is iets fout met warm water. Sal definitief weer besoek in die somermaande.

Lekker ontspan. Huis op die plaas in die pragtige skoon Montagu. Vriendelike werkers en baie rustige honde.
