Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Any loss or damage to the property and or its contents must be paid, whether accidental or intentional. Any lost keys or keys that are not returned will result in locks and keys being replaced, and you will be held liable for this expense. Should such damage or loss be more than the key and breakage deposit, you will forfeit your deposit and still be liable for the balance of such loss and or damage. The rental agent accepts no liability for any loss and or damage to any personal goods and or persons for any reason whatsoever. Adequate travel and medical insurance are therefore strongly advised.
