We felt like just an addition to their bank balance.

The cleaner's keys were left in the door while we were out for the day. We were between the back of the house and the noisy parking lot. The heater was difficult to use. We were given one toilet roll and one small soap for 2 days. There was no information on local restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean. The bell at the gate did not work. After our day out, we returned to one suitcase placed on top of the cupboard! The shower was over the bath, and the taps were difficult to reach because of the glass shower "wall". I got soaked trying to turn the tap setting to bath instead of shower.
