Description

Amber Hill is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom cottage, situated on the picturesque Ambers property with a secure electric gate and lovely views across Dullstroom. The property is centrally located, within walking distance of shops and restaurants along the main road in Dullstroom. There are 4 other houses on the property, but all are private and peaceful, set within beautiful gardens.

The house comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, both with queen-size beds. There is a fireplace in the lounge and a second in the main bedroom. Both bath and shower facilities are available. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, microwave, cutlery and crockery, and pots and pans, sufficient for 2 couples.

The TV in the lounge has selected DStv channels for entertainment; however, should guests wish to have full DStv channels, they will need to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. Please reconnect the original decoder to working order before departure. The TV is a smart TV, so it can be connected to your own device. Please note that Amber Hill does not have Wi-Fi.

Guests have access to a private garden, covered parking for 1 vehicle, and uncovered parking for a second vehicle. There is an outside braai, and braai tools are provided, but guests must bring their own charcoal as well as wood for the fireplaces. Guests are kindly asked to advise if they are travelling on motorcycles.
