Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R20000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Cleaning is done 5 times per week, during weekdays.
Garden service will occur once a week.
A breakage and security deposit fee is required before arrival. The breakage deposit is refundable within 14 days after check-out (unless it takes longer to remedy the situation).
An additional cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
The full booking fee must be paid no later than 31 days prior to check-in.
In the event that the booking is made less than 31 days prior to the check-in, the full booking fee shall be paid within 48 hours of the host receiving and accepting the booking.
Only cash or electronic transfers shall be accepted as forms of payment.
Heating of the pool requires 4 days’ notice to heat. So please provide the requisite notice in advance if required. This is only available from June to October.
No parties, functions, loud music, or noise are permitted.
Children need to be supervised at all times as there is an open pool, stairs, steep drops, and balconies.
A pool net can be fitted on request.
For stays of 4 weeks and longer, an electricity allowance will be included. Electricity up and above the allowance will be for the guest’s account.
