We had a wonderful stay at Amblewood Cottage. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the hospitality was outstanding. The cottage was impeccably clean, with all facilities working perfectly, just as promised. We experienced complete privacy with ample space to relax, and there were no interruptions throughout our stay. The hosts were highly professional, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend Amblewood Cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway.

Hi. Ons het werksmense gehad wat 'n paar daggies daar moes bly om naby te wees. Die boodskap was duidelik, dat hulle baie lekker gebly het en die plekkie was goed ingerig en netjies. Ons sal beslis weer van hulle gebruikmaak. Dankie.

Rustig en ontspanne.

Ek en my gesin het ons verblyf by Amblewood Cottages geniet sowel as die rustige en ontspanne atmosfeer. Die stilte was verwelkomend. Dit was netjies en skoon asook goed toegerus.

A gem in Grahamstown.

My recent stay at Amblewood Cottages in Grahamstown was delightful. The property itself was beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. They even went out of their way to recommend a remedy for my cold sores, which was a thoughtful gesture. The housekeepers were equally friendly and attentive, especially to my son. They made him feel right at home with their warm and engaging conversations. The location was perfect for exploring the area. It was within walking distance of Peppergrove Mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Amblewood Cottages to anyone visiting Grahamstown.

Excellent home away from home with complete privacy and non-interfering host.

Absolutely perfect. Came all the way from Cape Town with a group of friends from RSA and Switzerland. We were all very impressed by the privacy and the excellent facilities.

I enjoyed my 3 nights stay. I think a simple/study table is an absolute necessity.

It was great. I'm not sure though why it's called Amblewood B&B as I was told they don't serve breakfast. Perhaps self-catering is an accurate description, as they have really lovely self-catering facilities.

Ja. Kombuis volledig toegerus, kamer baie gerieflik. Badkamer baie mooi skoon.

Netjies, ruim en gerieflik.

Plek is netjies en ons het lekker gebly. Amblewood is ongelukkig aan die ander kant van die dorp en ons moes ongelukkig deur die dorp se slegte paaie ry om daar uit te kom. Woonstel is agter in die erf, 2 eenhede langs mekaar en aan die huis. (Ongelukkig het 'n stukkie bloudraad in die oprit geparkeer en die area het 'n pap wiel veroorsaak in ons boswa.)
