Price Includes
- Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a microwave.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R300 is payable directly to the property.

The owner, manager, or staff, shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident, injury, or death of any person or the loss, destruction, or damage to any property such as fire, theft, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Anchor @4.
Please do not leave valuable goods unattended inside or outside your unit.
The items in this unit may not be used outside the premises of Anchor @4 such as beach visits, picnics, or outings as well as braai visits to friends or family.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the unit. There is a designated smoking area outside.
Please report any damages immediately as this will be added to your account before checkout and should be paid in cash.
A lost key and remote will incur a replacement fee of R4500 to cover the call-out fees of Two Locksmiths.
No Pets allowed.
No parties, events, or loud music allowed.
No unregistered guests are allowed.
Water is currently a high priority in the Western Cape, so please use water sparingly.
After showering, put on the shower fan.
Please save water, and flush toilets before checking out.
