House Rules
Guests are requested to please refrain from making loud noises between 22:00 and 08:00.
No hanging of laundry over the balcony. The estate manager will issue a R500 fine to any unit found in violation of this rule.
Pets are permitted, but must be kept on a leash at all times, and excessive barking is not allowed. Guests are also responsible for cleaning up after their pets in both the yard and the complex.
Visitors from the guests staying at the property are not allowed at the communal pool area.
The communal braai area at the pool is reserved for permanent residents only. However, the property provides private braai facilities for guests' use..
