Arc Guest House is a gorgeous Mediterranean-designed home on the mountainside of Simon's Town with the mountain as the backyard. Boasting ocean views from many angles, this architecturally designed home is a great option for a peaceful getaway with stunning views over False Bay.
This property can comfortably accommodate a total of 4 guests and comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. The main suite is furnished with a queen-size bed and features a full en-suite bathroom fitted with a stone bath and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also contains a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
Both bedrooms have their own TV, bar fridge, coffee station with a Nespresso machine as well as their own balcony where guests can enjoy a morning coffee. The bright and airy open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from this kitchen is a dining area with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. This cosy space also has a bio-fuel fireplace, a TV and a coffee station. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
Outside, there is an inviting balcony with seating, Weber braai facilities, and sun loungers which is the perfect spot for guests to fully unwind and enjoy a sundowner while admiring the ocean views. Additionally, there is a lovely swimming pool for guests to cool off on those hot summer days. During load shedding, the property has a backup battery system as well as rechargeable lights in each bedroom.
The location of this property is approximately 700 m from the well-known Boulders Beach where guests can experience swimming with the penguins in the crystal clear water.
