Open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with satellite TV and indoor braai facilities. Guests can enjoy panoramic sea views from the balcony.

Self-catering. There is water restrictions in Lamberts Bay. Guests should please bring their own towels.
House Rules
The apartment is a self-catering apartment.
The apartment will not be cleaned during the occupation by guests, including dishes. Guests need to provide own toiletries and food.
Guests are required to bring their own beach towels and braai grids.
Due to effects of the drought in the Western Cape, we ask that guests use water sparingly.
We do not have a credit/debit card facilities, all payments must be made via electronic funds transfer/EFT.
A key- and breakage deposit of R 500.00 is payable in cash upon arrival.
The deposit is refundable by bank transfer within 5 to 7 working days after departure.
Please note that the key deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked for are found to be utilising the premises.
Keys will not be handed over unless the key and breakage deposit has been received. Please note that a cleaning fee could be deducted from the key and breakage deposit for houses that are left with excessive dirty dishes and/or linen.
Any damages caused by paying guests or their visitors to the property or premises due to bad behaviour or carelessness will be for the paying guest’s account and no fees will be refundable.
Guests are required to contact the establishment 30 min before arrival and make arrangements for late/early check-in times.
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the reservation. No visitors are allowed to stay over.
No smoking inside any of the apartments.
Please ensure that an acceptable level of noise is maintained during the stay. No loud music, please.
Management reserves the right of admission and guests not abiding by these rules may be asked to leave the premises immediately.
