Lovely stay at Arikreukel.

We only stayed at Arikreukel for 3 nights, but wish we could have stayed longer! Conveniently located close to the ocean, beautiful wrap-around porch with lights in the evening, very clean and lovely bathrooms and kitchen. Thank you also to Monique for amazing service. We cannot wait to visit Pearly Beach again!

Explore the beaches and if you love to swim, etc, head down to Castle Beach.

The home is modern, well laid out and has everything in it to be a "unpack and you're at home" venue, with the benefit of the beach being a mere 3 minutes' walk away. We had a good time at the place, but they didn't give us our R500 deposit back and still haven't answered our messages or calls.

We engaged in multiple communications with the primary guest, requesting that she take responsibility for the additional costs incurred. Unfortunately, she did not comply.

Our accommodation caters for a maximum of 8 guests, and the guest initially confirmed that their group would consist of 8 people. However, 11 guests stayed in the house. The guest did not disclose this and refused to pay for the additional guests.

The house was left in an unacceptable condition, including dirty dishes, unclean floors and rooms, alcohol caps scattered around the property, stained mattresses, and used matches left in the rooms.

The guests confirmed their arrival time to be between 16:00 and 17:00 but only arrived at 21:10. This resulted in the property manager having to make multiple trips and wait unnecessarily due to a lack of clear communication.

The additional cleaning and mattress steaming costs exceeded the income generated from their stay.

Regrettably, we will not be accommodating these guests again.

Relaxed peaceful stay with all the amenities you need.

A wonderful few days away in the Overberg. The house was top-notch, clean, and comfortable with everything you need. The indoor braai was just the added extra needed for a winter getaway.

Awesome, stunning.

First of all, I absolutely adored the house and everything in it. We were welcomed by Monique with much affection, and she was truly amazing. It was great that the beach was only a short distance away. What a serene location—exactly what we needed. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you to the owner, your house is beautiful. Love the TV and the WiFi in the house.

Our stay at Arikreukel 16 was great. The house and facilities were incredible, and the customer service was top tier. I can't thank the homeowner enough for being so accommodating during our stay. I would absolutely recommend Arikreukel 16 to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.

A wonderful stay, home away from home!

An absolutely amazing venue, comfortable and value for money. The beauty and neatness of this home were matched, only by the friendliness of our host, Monique, who was very helpful when we had to book in later than expected. The kitchen had all the utensils you would need and I could perhaps only recommend the addition of a microwave. This is however a very minor detail. The beds were extremely comfortable and easy to allow one to sleep in late, which is exactly what we did. My absolute favourite inclusion of the home was the built-in braai, with a big enough table and seating for playing board games and socializing. Friendly neighbours all around made this stay even more satisfying. This home is a must-stay for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. We can't wait to return and experience the serenity all over again!
