House Rules
Guests must please check in at the office. Directions to the apartment will be provided at the office.
Please bring your own lanterns or lights in case of load shedding.
Right of access reserved by management.
Guests take full responsibility for any breakages, damage and loss during the rental period by guests.
The premises and all equipment are used at your own risk and Etna's Accommodation and/or the house owners will not be held liable for any loss or damage during the stay.
Only the number of persons for whom the reservation was made, including children, is allowed on the premises. If the capacity is exceeded, guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
No 21st parties, matrics, and noisy parties are allowed.
Guests under the age of 21 are not admitted without adult supervision.
No refunds if you cut your stay short.
