Not very good service and no housekeeping.

It was clean when we arrived, but during the 4 days we stayed there, it was not cleaned once and we never saw a staff member from the accommodation. Our rooms were never cleaned, and we also never received any bath towels. The dirty plates and cups were standing in the sink for the whole 4 days.

I must apologise for the dirty plates, as this is a shared communal area, I cannot always assure that other guests will clean up after themselves. Regarding the cleaning of the rooms, we do mention that the rooms are not cleaned daily. However, I will check to ensure that it is more clearly stated on the booking system that rooms are cleaned on request. I also apologise for the issue with the bath towels.
