House Rules
Please treat our home with care and respect, as you would your own. Any breakages or losses will be deducted from your deposit. Before departure, review the inventory checklist with Joseph.
Remember to bring your own towels, cleaning supplies, and dish towels.
Laundry facilities are available for stays of 5 days or longer.
While we are pet-friendly, you are responsible for your pet's care and any damages.
Respect the residential area by avoiding loud music after 22:00; failure to comply may result in deposit forfeiture. Fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Ensure security by using the provided alarm system; you are responsible for armed response security. Exercise caution against petty crime, avoid allowing strangers in, use the mini safe, and activate the alarm.
Replace broken items with identical ones; otherwise, replacement costs will be deducted from your deposit.
Do not remove bedding, indoor furniture, or covers, and refrain from rearranging furniture. No extra mattresses or bedding are allowed.
Confirm the condition of the TV and remotes with Joseph before checking out.
Fires on the beach are prohibited, and any reported violations may result in deposit forfeiture.
