House Rules
Room rates reflect room-only rates. Elective breakfast is optional by arrangement.
Smoking is prohibited.
Please be aware of other guests in terms of parking, visitors of guests are asked to please use the street parking.
Guest house facilities, including upstairs bedrooms, self-cater units, the pool area, are for the exclusive use of paying guests.
Noise is not allowed after 21:00
Swimming is allowed between 07:00 and 20:00 only. Please ensure that the pool gate is kept latched at all times.
Children under 12 years old and/or children who cannot swim must always be supervised by an adult. The automatic pool vacuum cleaner must always stay submerged in the pool.
Pets are prohibited.
Parties and loud music are not allowed.
The owners, management and staff at Villa Fig are not responsible for any damage or loss or injuries to guests and or visitors that may occur on the property.
