House Rules

Notice of planned maintenance at AKTV Klein-Kariba

Please be aware of the following planned maintenance at our resort to ensure the upkeep of all our facilities:

Indoor heated pool: Closed from 6-16 April 2025. The outdoor heated pool will remain open.

Waterslide: Closed from 12-22 May 2025.

Outdoor heated pool at the Nestlé stage and the children’s pool area: Closed from 2-12 June 2025. The indoor heated pool and an alternative outdoor heated pool will be open.

Outdoor heated pool at the padel court: Closed from 21-28 July 2025. The indoor heated pool and an alternative outdoor heated pool will be open.

Thank you for your understanding as we work to enhance your experience.

Please note that ATKV Resorts are family-orientated resorts with small children visiting; so no loud noise or parties are allowed. Silence is enforced from 22:00 to 07:00 for the comfort of all our guests. No music from motor vehicles or private sound systems/equipment is permitted at the resort. Please note that you must be 18 years or older to make a reservation at ATKV Resorts.

No pets are allowed.

Unfortunately, the host cannot accommodate any extra people in the units, if a unit e.g. accommodates 4 people; is this maximum that is allowed; the host does not have extra beds; and does not allow extra people/children in units.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all accommodation units and buildings throughout the property. In accordance with the law, guests may face fines for non-compliance. Additionally, the use of “Hookah” or "Hubbly Bubbly" pipes is also not permitted anywhere on the property.

Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.
Upon arrival, you will be:

Issued with a vehicle permit.

Bookings allow for 1 vehicle per accommodation unit or camp stand. Extra vehicles will be charged an additional fee.

Due to escalating incidents of fraudulent electronic fund transfers (EFT), we require that EFT payments be made at least 2 days prior to arrival. If your payment is not reflected in our bank account upon arrival, we will require you to pay the outstanding amount. The necessary refund will occur if and when the payment is reflected in our bank account.
No keys or permits will be issued until the full account has been settled. Cheque payments are not accepted.

Accommodation units are serviced daily.
No visitors or day visitors are allowed at the unit or on the property.
Guests using our camping facilities must please bring their power point adaptor.
Own swimming towels and dishcloths must be provided
Only accepted swimwear will be allowed.
Please note that during our out-of-season midweeks, there may be conference and or school groups at the resort.
