Extra Fees

In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:

• Booking Fee of R195.00 per booking
• Cleaning Fee of R550.00 per booking

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Pets are not allowed.

Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to a late arrival fee.

Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, and a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.

A booking fee is charged per booking.

A departure cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.

This property has a refundable breakage deposit. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complementary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.

Guest Registration Required
In accordance with the body corporate rules, it is our obligation to register all local and international guests with the relevant with the body corporate. Guest verification is mandatory to confirm all bookings at this property.

Before arrival, guests are required to submit the following information: Full names and contact details of all guests, clear copies of IDs or passports for each guest, vehicle registration details (if applicable) and estimated time of arrival.

All information provided will be kept strictly confidential and used only for security clearance purposes. Failure to provide the above details timeously may result in a delayed or denied check-in.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.
