Avondale offers accommodation in 3 self-catering apartments that are located in the coastal town of Richards Bay. It a mere 2.5 km from the swimming beach of Alkantstrand and 12 km from Richards Bay Airport.

Apartment 1 and 2 are 1-bedroom units that comprise each an open-plan living area with a lounge and kitchen, and bathroom. Each apartment has its own entrance to both the living area and the bedroom. Both units have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The apartments are furnished with double beds. Each kitchenette is equipped with a 2-plate stove, fridge-freezer, crockery, and cutlery.

Apartment 3 features a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower toilet and washbasin. Other in-room facilities include a TV, air-conditioning and kitchenette that is equipped with a fridge, stove and microwave.
