The stay was awesome, the apartment was exactly the same as it was presented online. Thank you for the lovely stay. We're definitely coming back.

Wonderful view of the sea and whales.

Goed toegeruste woonstel met 'n pragtige see-uitsig.

Baie gerieflike woonstel. Uitstekende diens van agent ontvang, probleem met lugreëling is baie vinnig opgelos.

Lekker gerus en gekuier.

Woonstel baie netjies binne, ruim. Voorste veiligheidshek en stoep met gras, aluminium deure kort aandag. Sukkel om oop en toe te maak. Sal die woonstel aanbeveel maar nie die area nie.

We enjoyed every moment at the apartment, relaxed and unwound peacefully. The beach was just in front of the apartment.

We felt at home. The accommodation is a quiet place to be and feel the breeze of the sea.

Disappointing service.

The service is amazing until they need to pay back the deposit. They try to make you pay for damages that were already there, which they don't tell you about before check-in. After long and exhausting communication with the person in charge, I was just disappointed with the service.

Mind blowing.

The place is mind blowing, perfect for family and beautiful furniture, clean and inviting.

Absolutely wonderful.

The unit was very nice, matched the pictures.

Was relaxing and good.

1. There were cockroaches and eggs in the cutlery and crockery drawers. It needs to be fumigated often, when I called the property 24/7, they were shocked as they said all their units were fumigated in November 2022. Also, had remote gate entry and exit issues which supervisor on premises couldn't resolve but only sorted on check out time after 6 days. The parking is just for one vehicle whilst other units have 2 parking bays and had to park the 2nd car on the road at risk of theft. Cleaning was just on 2 days in the 6 nights we spent there. 2. Collection and return of keys was far from the resort. Had to go to Ballito city centre, a Shell garage, to pick and drop the keys and travel to Bali Hai 301 which is in Westbrook.

Peaceful and relaxing.

Enjoyed the short break. Hope to be back.

Baie baie lekker.

Als was baie lekker. Behalwe dat ons die oggend van ons aankoms vorms moes indien en R2000 deposito moes betaal voor ons sleutel kon kry wat en nie van bewus was van nie of misgelees het. Dan as huis skoongemaak word, word die toiletpapier nie geruil nie so mense moet maar so 1 of 2 ekstra saamvat.

A well maintained and clean apartment, good service from caretaker.

Parking is a challenge if travelling with more than one vehicle. Nevertheless recommended to friends. I will certainly book this apartment in future.

Bali 301 the sea view is absolutely amazing.

Reason for a 3 star, the aircon did cool the place at all and it was boiling hot. Made our stay miserable, these things need to be checked at each check out to make sure it's in order for the next person because when booking in on a weekend there's nothing that can be done, just had to suffer it out. Also the braai area was full and ended up dirty so we could not enjoy that facility, even the pool. Karen is a excellent agent though place is clean and up to date. Sea view amazing!

Die eenheid is baie modern oorgedoen. Die fixtures is egter nie baie goed gedoen nie.

Die parkering is 'n totale nagmerrie. Geen voorsiening vir trailer gemaak nie. Die een hek was beskadig deur 'n gas en hek het oop gestaan tot Vrydag. Die parkering is van so aard dat as jy onder parkeer is dit baie moeite om jou bagasie tot in die eenheid te kry. Agent het die uitgesorteer deur 'n addisionele remote te laat programmeer wat ons toegang tot die parkeer garage gegee het waar die hysbak stop. Die TV's is veronderstel om al vier DStv te hê maar die eienaar het net 'n subskripsie gekies wat 3 TV's kan hanteer. Geen van die TV's in derde of vierde kamer her gewerk nie. Ons moes wag to Vrydag om dit uitgesorteer te kry. Die lugversorger maak glad nie koud nie, tegnikuste wat uit was se kompressor moet vervang word.

Baie netjiese plek.

10/10 ongelooflike lekker plek, skoon en netjies. 'n Móét blyplek en ruim vir gesin. Die eienaars kan dalk net daaraan dink om 'n nuwe bed vir die hoofslaapkamer te koop. Die matras is al bietjie deer geslaap. Sien julle weer in die jaar!

Pleasant retreat.

We had a lovely stay at Bali Hai 301. The parking spaces are rather a tight fit. I was a little disappointed in assuming it was closer to Ballito Main Beach, but we non the less had a great stay. The apartment was very clean, and the kids loved watching TV in their own room. The view is breathtaking. it was a very pleasant retreat for a quick breakaway. Thank you.
