Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are required to adhere to the complex rules. An R1000 fine will be issued by the body corporate for any rule broken.
No parties are allowed on the premises, a fine will be issued.
Guests should please refrain from making any loud noises after 20:00.
No additional visitors are allowed on the premises, only a maximum of 6 guests are allowed. Any extra guests will be charged a per-night base fee.
No smoking inside the premises.
Guests should please refrain from parking on other residents' parking bays, a fine will be issued.
Children of all ages are welcome, however guests should please be aware the property is not childproof.
Guests should please not unplug or tamper with any TV or cables. If a technician is required, the guests will be liable for the call-out fee.
An emergency light is supplied for guests. Please leave it plugged in when not in use to ensure it remains charged.
Rental is at the guest's own risk.
Should guests require the cleaner during their stay, they need to notify the host in advance. The charge is R300 per day.
The Wi-Fi code is located on the back of the router.
Owners are not liable for any loss or damage.
Acceptance of rental terms is unconditional.
Owners are not responsible for any injury or loss due to misuse, negligence, or accidents.
Owners can change property content, equipment, and terms without notice.
