House Rules
Minimum age for booking is 27.
Children or persons under the age of 27 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30.
Silent hours from 22:00 - 08:00 as per residential by-laws.
No private parties, events, celebrations, and functions are allowed.
This is private property, therefore no visitors, friends, or any unauthorised persons other than official residing guests checked in are allowed at the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, view deck, braai areas and any other shared communal space.
The Villa is self-catering and certain toiletries and basic consumables are provided on arrival only.
