The apartment is amazing and perfect. It ticked all the boxes. Safe, spacious, affordable, clean and close to the beach. There were ample parking spaces on-site. The security was friendly. The booking agent's customer service was 5-star.

Baie goeie ligging. Baie skoon. Vinnige loop afstand na hoofstrand. Sal aanbeveel dat WiFi geïnstalleer sal word. Vat baie lank om die deposito van R terug te betaal.

Om soggens wakker te word en die son oor die see te sien opkom, is onbeskryflik.

View was good but the service was bad.

There was no toilet paper in the apartment. Not enough plastic bins in the house, only one plastic bin for the whole weekend, and we were expected to clean the apartment by ourselves. Very bad service, and no reception.

The place is quiet, neat and well secured.

The price is reasonable and the place is conducive to adults and children.

It was beyond fantastic, we had a great time. I can recommend anybody to visit the place.

Security check at the gate great. The place is well taken care of. The fact that you also provide a safe place to braai meat. Those are good enough reason to bring my family with next time.

I loved the check in/out process which was very quick. Very secure place which is close to the beach. Waking up to the sound of the sea from the main bedroom was a cherry on top. Very clean and well kept. I loved the pool in the premises as well, very clean. Overall experience was nothing but amazing.

It was nice to stay at Balooga Unit C. I am disappointed about my refundable which I am still waiting for. I am very disappointed and am tired of calling them about this issue.

They don't pay back security deposit.

They keep your breakage deposit and said we broke key locker and bunk bed ladder which was not true, if they really wanted to give our money they were supposed to send someone to check everything before we left, it took them 2 weeks before telling us we're not gonna get the money back, TV and radio wasn't working apparently we were supposed to hire the decoder we had to go buy speaker for R500 because we were hoping we get our money and this is a second time something like this happens.

Place was very nice, clean and safe he view was perfect.

Excellent location and superb unit.

The place was great, but the bunk beds are not suitable for sleeping. Disappointed with the bunk beds.

The chalet is excellent, 4 star accommodation at most. The negative part of my trip was that one of my family members during his deep sleep, the bottom bunk bed broke causing an unpleasant fall. That was the only thing that was negative about the Balooga experience.

I've already recommended it to friends, colleagues.

This place is the bomb, safety, beauty, peaceful. Loved it. Coming back, this time no kids.

It was a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful sea view and close to the beach. Unit was well laid out except for the one bedroom with 4 bunk beds for adults. It should in fact be a 6 sleeper with 2 proper beds replacing 4 bunk beds in that bedroom. Safety was an issue as one the folding glass doors came off the hinges. Fortunately we were closeby to help it hurting the person who the door fell on. The lady at the emergency number was not keen to provide assistance as it was on a Sunday. We had to convince her to send someone. The emergency maintenance person was not available to fix the door on that day as he did not have the correct rivet sizes.
