Comfortable and welcoming.

What an amazing experience for just a short stay. The room I had booked had a leaking toilet and so they had to move me to another room that cost more but didn't charge me extra. I was given full access and was welcomed beautifully. My 4-year-old daughter accidentally bumped a glass over, but that was quickly resolved and I refunded them with the money for the item.
