Basterskloof offers tranquil self-catering accommodation, and is located on a charming working farm situated outside Bot River in the Overberg.
The accommodation comprises 5 self-catering units. The Mountain Cottages is located near the farm dam, there is a rondavel located close to the communal swimming pool, and 1 free-standing unit, the Turtle Cottage, with 2 separate bedrooms located on the stud farm section. The Turtle Cottage is close to the main farm dam with 2 private bedrooms. The Mountain Cottages are ideally suited and can accommodate 2 adults with 2 children, while the Rondavel is perfect for 2 adults. Turtle Cottage is ideal for a family. Anna's Cottage is close located near the dam.
Each unit features a kitchenette with basic self-catering appliances such as a bar fridge, and a stove, while all units have access to braai facilities. Secure parking is also provided on the premises with special mobile security from a reputable service provider.
Guests can enjoy swimming, hiking, mountain biking, as well as olive oil and apple cider vinegar tasting on the farm. The stud farm section also offers one-on-one animal interactions.
