House Rules
The right of admission is reserved. The house rules are strictly enforced to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and to maintain good relations with the neighbors.
The person making the booking accepts full responsibility for any breakages or damage of any nature occurring to the property, or the contents thereof during their stay, and will remain responsible in his/her capacity for the cost thereof.
No excessive noise and/or loud music during any time of the day or night
At no time may there be more people on the premises than stipulated in your booking (adults or children)
No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the home.
No items may be removed from the home.
If you have not settled your remaining balance at least 2 days before your arrival, then the balance is due on arrival – strictly in cash.
Bath and beach towels are not provided, but linen will be provided.
Guests will receive dishwashing liquid, two dishwasher tabs, two dish towels, two black bags, and one toilet roll per toilet.
Guests must please bring their coffee, tea, sugar, and milk.
Guests must please bring their portable hinged grid.
Firewood is not supplied.
Guests must bring their lights for load shedding, not alternative energy solutions are available.
The Beach Flat offers indoor and outdoor braai facilities.
