Thank you for your feedback. We have just had family there that went to sort everything out including the shower and scrubbed the whole place. It now looks brand new. It is hard with us not being on site and not within reach however we are lucky to have family who can help.

Thank you for your feedback, we have now had family that have been there and sorted everything out and replaced the fridge after it had gone during your stay and they have sent me an updated inventory to sort ours out. Thank you again and I apologise for any inconvenience that was caused during your stay.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay and I apologise again for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the man you spoke to was not a plumber he was the owner of the other unit. As soon as my manager was made aware she was phoning plumbers and unfortunately St Lucia is limited when it comes to qualified people to do the job. The geyser needed a replacement and we had to order one. My manager also stated that she was only made aware of this the day before your departure. I offered a discount on a future stay as an apology which unfortunately was turned down however, we will still hold this for you should you change your mind. This was completely out of my hands as an owner and I tried my best to rectify it however it was difficult to do that during your stay. The rest of the complex was also full otherwise we would have moved you to another unit. We pride ourselves on making sure our guests are comfortable and happy and always ask that if there are any issues please make us aware of them straight away.

Thank you for your feedback, when I received your message regarding the water I did respond accordingly via message back. Again I am sorry about the water situation however it was out of our hands and the whole area was affected.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were disappointed with your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with at least 5 or 6 of each set of cutlery, this I am very certain of as I checked everything was okay after your departure myself as we happened to be on site. We do supply wooden spoons and cooking utensils as well. Unfortunately, we only have 4 of each crockery as it is essentially a 4 sleeper and we know if there are more they tend to get broken or stolen. The mould you talk about in the shower you only reported the day before you left and when investigated it was found to be because of the silicone and it wasn't as bad as made out to be, due to it being our busy period we couldn't soak it in bleach as we normally do so between stays. The missing handheld shower we are busy replacing as again it broke just before your stay, the shower head we were not made aware of prior to your stay and as soon as you complained we changed it straight away that evening and the missing tile we need to lay and let it sit for at least 24 to 48 hours and as explained it was our busy period with checkouts same day as check in's, this has since been fixed by ourselves after your departure as we happened to be on site. As for the pictures taken they were not strategically taken at all as that was not our intention and feel that the kitchen is separate to the bedroom, please note all units are the same layout. The seating we do have seating inside and currently looking at getting some more. However, we do find the outside seating to be quite comfortable and also helps when you want to view hippos in the garden as previous guests have said they had the pleasure in seeing even when it was raining. The seating outside is under a big patio which prevents the rain coming in. Our unit has a clear divide between the rooms which makes it a two bedroom unit.
Again I am sorry you were disappointed however please be sure next time to contact myself directly as soon as you check in so we can rectify it straight away instead of waiting until the last day knowing there was someone on site that could assist you.
We strive to make our guests happy as much as we can.
