- Pet Owners: please get in touch with the host for pre-approval. Deposit, pet rates, booking terms and conditions etc will be sent to you from the host.
- Please note the Studio does not have access to the outdoor area with a swimming pool.
- Please do not remove the pool cleaner/kreepy-krauly. This damages the pool pump. Guests are fully responsible for any damages in the house and in the pool.
- The hosts are not reliable/responsible for any theft/loss or any items left behind on the property.
- No parties, no smoking inside the house - a deep cleaning cost plus damages will be charged to the guest's account.
- No unauthorised/undeclared guests
- No parking on the grass/lawn.
- Please return garden furniture cushions inside the house, before checking out and on rainy/windy days during your stay.
- Guests are fully responsible for any loss, property damage, and health and safety. Swimming is at your own risk.
- The house is fitted with a security alarm, and guests are responsible for activating and deactivating the alarm.
Guests must please ensure the fire is out before they sleep.
Smoking is prohibited inside the villas. Guests are allowed to smoke outside.
A travel cot and air mattress are available on request.
The Beach Villa can accommodate more than 12 guests but only by prior arrangement.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and a convenient ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a comfortable queen-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed, while the fourth bedroom provides practical sleeping arrangements with a queen-size bed and double bunk bed. You'll also find a single-sleeper couch and a double-sleeper couch in the welcoming first living area. There is an additional full bathroom downstairs (shower, bath, basin, and toilet). Prepare meals for your family or group in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, and washing machine. The large second open-plan living area is perfect for socialising, featuring a spacious 14-seater dining table and comfortable sofas for everyone to relax. This area opens out to the lovely gardens, where you can enjoy a covered pergola with outdoor furniture and braai (barbecue) facilities overlooking the inviting swimming pool.
