Secure, comfortable and inviting.

Quiet and safe with lovely rooms. Has everything you need in the chalet. The host was a very good host and we felt very welcome! Will definitely be back when we're in PE.

Place not suitable for senior citizens.

Bathroom unsuitable for seniors - no grab rails on bath or shower, no non-slip mats in shower. Toilet handle rickety and cistern extremely noisy. Towel in bathroom was torn. No dish cloths in kitchen. Fitted sheet too small for the bed. Lighting at doorway is entrance sub-standard. Hot and cold water tap markings in the shower were reversed. All in all, an unpleasant experience.

Maklik in- en uitgeboek. Vinnige maar duidelike verduideliking van geriewe en prosedures. Spesiale moeite gedoen met kragopwekking tydens beurtkrag. Baie gerieflik geleë.

Good value for money.

Shower head to be replaced or serviced. Pillows on the bed of very poor quality and recommend replacement.

Stay was okay once I got checked in after waiting 30mins.

Lady didn't want to check me in after waiting for her boss to reply. I waited a long time.

Could do with a bit of TLC.

While the room was clean and tidy, it could do with a bit of TLC. Lounge furniture needs some care and the drain needs a clean as the toilet was bubbling.

Was glad nie 'n plesier nie.

Met aankoms baie lawaaierig, host ons belowe daar is 'n cut off time, eers na 3 die oggend stil geword toe dit loadshedding is.

Die beddegoed (kussingslope) was gevlek, die kussings oud en het gestink, die huis en kamers se mure is muf, die solder se opening in die dak was nie heeltemal toe nie, m.a.w. daar was 'n gat in die dak met stof wat deurval!

Die kamerdrommetjies was geroes en stukkend. Daar was nie handewasseep by die wasbak nie. Die melkpoeier vir die koffie was oud en hard, die teehouer het nie eens 'n deksel opgehad nie. Die pan en ander kombuis gereedskap was geroes. Die bestuurderes het ons nie ontvang nie. Ek sal nie weer daar gaan slaap nie. Ons het R3600 spandeer vir 2 nagte want ons het 3 kamers geboek. Ek het in die hartjie van Sedgefield met ontbyt R600 pnpp betaal en dit was nou waarde vir geld. Werklik baie teleurgesteld.

The stay was fine.

Only customer service is on arrival when you receive the keys. The unit had cockroaches in, even after we reported the problem.

Die verblyf by Baywest was absoluut fantasties.

Sal enige iemand aanbeveel om die webblad te gebruik. Die diens by julle is wonderlik ons verblyf was veilig en op die strand en naby alles.

Dit was netjies maar wat jy sien is nie noodwendig wat jy kry nie.

Geen stoel in kamer, dit is netjies, maar het meer verwag.

Beachway is ideally situated for a quick walk to the beach.

It was a bit of a disappointing stay. The room we stayed in wasn't the same one as advertised on the website. Even though there was a microwave oven, there was no electrical plug by it. The kettle was on top of the microwave but had to be moved to plug into the extension cord by the bed to boil water. We only discovered another plug behind the curtain later, although doubt whether the cord would have been long enough to stand the kettle on the table while waiting for it to boil. The towel rail was loose and fell down when we took the towels off and the handle for the bathroom door was also loose. The bed was comfortable.

Die verblyf was baie rustig, het elke oomblik geniet.

Die woon-eenheid was baie netjies en skoon, met ons aankoms het die eienaar alreeds vir ons reg gestaan om ons na die woon eenheid te vergesel, daar is ook veilige parkering vir jou voertuig. Ek sal Beachway aanbeveel vir almal.

Very peaceful and relaxed.

We arrived earlier from Cape Town and were accommodated immediately. A very peaceful, clean, friendly and safe place to spend some time. Near all amenities. Friendly staff. Really worth every penny. Thanks.

It was comfortable.

Our stay was comfortable. The shower was very nice. Even though the toilet got blocked we enjoyed our stay.

Gerieflik en rustig.

Aangename verblyf. Kan extra aandag aan netheid gee.

Vriendelike ontvangs en kamer was 'n oasis na 'n lang dag se reis!

My kuier daar baie geniet, kamer was smaakvol en gerieflik, kombuise beskikbaar en netjiese badkamergeriewe. Ligging stil en het 'n rustige nag deurgebring. Sal beslis weer daar tuisgaan indien ek weer in Port Elizabeth moet oornag!

Value for money.

Not bad, but our towels were not replaced on our 2nd day (smelly) and the toilet did not work. We reported the toilet but nothing was done. There is no security gate that closes at night but there is a security camera - anybody can walk in from the street right up to your room. The hostess deducted the entire amount for our stay from my card but we already paid 50% deposit. Hosts are friendly but the service is a bit lacking. The money was refunded very soon after we left (appreciated).
