This magnificent house has a sleeping capacity of 10 guests and comprises 5 tastefully furnished bedrooms, of which 3 of the bedrooms open onto the patio offering stunning views. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds, and the fifth has a king-size bed with an ensuite complete with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The rest of the rooms share the use of the guest bathroom fitted with a shower. There is also a separate toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
Ascend to the top floor to discover the open-plan main lounge and dining area, seamlessly connected to the spacious main kitchen with laundry facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and a Nespresso machine, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. In a separate scullery, there is a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher for guests’ convenience. Guests can enjoy a panoramic view of Robberg Nature Reserve, both spaces are bathed in natural light and open onto a sizable balcony. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy breakfast nook, providing access to another balcony, ideal for leisurely breakfasts, sunset drinks, or barbecue evenings amidst the captivating sunset scenery.
The first floor, where a delightful lounge awaits, is a TV and dining table ideal for puzzle-building and game-playing. The lounge opens onto the patio and garden, extending the inviting ambiance outdoors.
Outside, on the expansive deck guests can enjoy alfresco dining. The house is equipped with an inverter that provides an uninterrupted power supply during power outages, and the ground floor features 2 guest garages and an entrance hall.
